Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any tour package or service with Trip2Ayodhya. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment (minimum 25% of total package cost) and a written confirmation email from Trip2Ayodhya.
- The full balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour departure date.
- Trip2Ayodhya reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed booking if payment is not received within 48 hours of the booking request.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp with a unique booking reference number.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (5%).
- Package prices are per person based on double occupancy unless stated otherwise.
- Child pricing: Children below 5 years are complimentary (no seat/bed). Children 5-12 years are charged at 50% of the adult price.
- Prices are subject to change during peak seasons (Ram Navami, Deepotsav, Makar Sankranti) and may vary based on availability.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards (via Razorpay), Bank Transfer, and Cash (for local bookings).
3. Cancellation Policy

| Less than 3 days / No show | No refund |
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@trip2ayodhya.co.in. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
4. Tour Modifications
- Trip2Ayodhya reserves the right to modify itineraries due to factors beyond our control (weather, temple closures, government restrictions, natural events).
- In case of significant itinerary changes, a suitable alternative will be provided. If unacceptable, a refund will be issued.
- Guest-requested modifications after booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
- Travellers must carry valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License).
- Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance. Trip2Ayodhya strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance.
- Guests must respect temple rules: modest clothing, removal of footwear, no photography in restricted areas.
- Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, or tobacco is strictly prohibited at temple premises.
- Trip2Ayodhya is not responsible for loss of personal belongings during the tour.
6. Health & Medical
- Guests with serious medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking.
- Trip2Ayodhya is not liable for any health-related incidents during the tour.
- We recommend all guests consult their physician before undertaking the tour, especially for elderly participants.
7. Liability
Trip2Ayodhya acts as an organiser and is not directly liable for the acts or omissions of hotels, transport providers, airlines, or other third-party service providers. Our maximum liability, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the specific tour.
8. Force Majeure
Trip2Ayodhya shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, riots, strikes, or acts of God.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ayodhya/Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh.
