Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change. Trip2Ayodhya has a fair and transparent refund policy designed to protect both our guests and our operations.

Cancellation Refund Schedule

How to Request a Cancellation

1. Email your cancellation request to info@trip2ayodhya.co.in with your booking reference number.
2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 4 business hours.
3. Upon confirmation, refund will be processed to the original payment method.
4. For cash payments, refund will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS to your bank account.

Refund Processing

• Credit/Debit Cards & UPI: 5–7 business days (may take up to 10 days depending on your bank).
• Net Banking: 3–5 business days.
• NEFT/Bank Transfer: 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following charges are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing:

• Visa and documentation processing fees.
• Special darshan passes that have been pre-booked and confirmed.
• Train or flight tickets booked on behalf of guests (subject to respective carrier policies).
• Non-refundable hotel bookings (will be clearly indicated at the time of booking).

Rescheduling

We offer one free rescheduling if requested 15 or more days before travel. Rescheduling within 15 days of travel is subject to a ₹500 per person rescheduling fee, subject to availability.

Trip2Ayodhya-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that Trip2Ayodhya must cancel a tour (due to force majeure, insufficient group size, or operational reasons):

• You will receive a 100% full refund within 7 business days.
• Or you may opt to rebook on a future date at the same price.
